Manager, HR Compensation and Data

Salary commensurate with experience. As a direct report to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Manager, HR Compensation and Data will oversee job analysis programs, including review and preparation of position descriptions and job specifications. Will be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce reports such as turnover, retention, exit interviews, workforce tracking and others as applicable. Will partner with the Manager, Benefits and Operations, to assist with generating benefits reports & workforce data. Position requires bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience in related area. Position requires 3-5 years directly related HR data and compensation experience. Prefer Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or (SPHR).
