Meeting dates are scheduled at the beginning of each calendar year. Detailed meeting information is sent to all members in advance of each meeting. In addition, any special activities are also sent to members via e-mail (or postal mail to those members without e-mail accounts). Non-members are welcome to attend as a guest to see first-hand how the association’s meetings are run, however, the non-member/guest will be required to pay a $5.00 fee in addition to the cost of the luncheon or meeting fee. To find information about future meetings, go to the Community Calendar on the web page, www.somd.com, where meeting information is normally posted 3-4 weeks in advance of each meeting. Meetings are rotated between the three counties as a convenience for our members. |
